Dr. Kishi has served CSHP as President, Director, and member of various task forces, and committees and was recognized by CSHP as its 1989 Pharmacist of the Year. He has also served ASHP as a member of various councils, task forces, and committees. He is currently serving on the ASHP Board of Directors. |
